I got my console back and I was finally able to power up again, no more black screen of death! I am deducting one star (one half really, but it is not possible to give 4.5), as I had to reach out to the company, after hearing nothing for almost three weeks. However, I do understand the delay and circumstances that Covid-19 has created around logistics. Once I had reached out, responses were swift, accurate, and repairs were done quickly (HDMI board issues). I would recommend GamersRepair again, particularly for Consoles which I have no expertise in whatsoever.

A Great Experience!

I had a great experience with Gamers Repair for my XBOX One X. My symptoms & boot error codes indicated a hard drive replacement was needed. I recommend choosing their “repair package” service (they send box with packing + paid shipping label to you). It’s definitely worth the extra $. Turnaround time for the repair was about a week. My X has never worked better! Kinect even boots now. I highly recommend Gamers Repair if you have an ailing XBOX (or PS4).

Outstanding job from start to finish, I was always in the loop! Sent it in to have the motherboard replaced, but after they did their own checks found out the motherboard was fine and they found the Drive was bad so they fixed that and tested it to make sure they had fixed it all! Even refunded me some money! Awesome team(work) all the way around!
