Was having issues with my HDMI out not displaying. Having dealt with Gamers Repair in the past on more remedial self-repairs, I felt confident they could help. Simple packaging so you dont have to print labels. Fast turnaround. System came back not only working but appears to have been cleaned (Vents and all). Furthermore they warranty the repair.

I contacted GRS to have my XBox One X repaired. GRS shipped me the packaging, and quickly started repairs as soon as they received it. They kept me updated throughout the process. They fixed the apparent issue, and shipped the unit back to me. This is my secondary XBox, so I didn’t use it much after receiving it back. A few weeks later, it was still having issues, and I contacted GRS. They agreed to take it back and continue working on it at no additional charge. Same quick process as before, with excellent communication. The identified another issue, and corrected it, and shipped it back to me. The customer service with GRS is excellent, and their integrity really impressed me.
