Returns Policy

Please read this Returns Policy ("this policy", "Returns", "Return Policy, "Exchange", "Exchanges") carefully BEFORE using GamersRepair® website ("the Service", "the website") operated by GamersRepair® ("Gamers Repair", "us", "we", "our", or "GRS"). Your access to AND use of the website is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with this policy. This policy applies to all visitors, users and others who access or use the website.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

We will accept items for return within the products specified return/warranty period (see product description) starting from the date the item/order is delivery to the customer. Items can be returned for multiple reasons (changed mind, didn't like it, etc) for a replacement or full refund. We do not charge any type of return fee or restocking fee for returning an item or order.

30 Day Returns

We accept returns (for any reason) for up to thirty (30) days from the date the item or order was delivered to the customer.

In order to be eligible for our 30 day return window, the item(s) being returned must be in "resalable condition" (see below).  Eligible items being returned will qualify for a full refund to the customer.

"Resalable Condition" -  To qualify for resalable condition, any returned item(s) must be in the same cosmetic condition it was received in, and must be fully functional. Additionally, these item(s) must all be accompanied by any component or other item that is sold with the returned item such as bundled items, "married" components, or "paired" components.

 

Warranty, D.O.A, & Inaccurate Returns

We guarantee our products for a full 180-days from the date the order or item(s) are delivered to the customer.  We provide FREE return shipping on defective, Dead on Arrival, or inaccurate item(s) delivered to the customer.  Additionally, we provide FREE return shipping on items which defect within 180-days of the date of delivery.

 

Return Eligibility

We will NOT accept any returns with the following conditions:

  • ANY item(s) which are not originally purchased from Gamers Repair.
  • Item(s) which are damaged or NOT in "resalable condition" (warranted items DO NOT apply).
  • Any missing components such as matching or "married" components, or components which are required for the item fully function.
  • Item(s) which are missing warranty stickers and/or Gamers Repair labeling.

Our ultimate goal is to Get You Back to Gaming™.  Upon a return being rejected, we will reach out to try and gather more information about the item. However, we reserve the right to deny any return which may be tampered with, damaged, or even suspect of fraud.

If an item/order cannot be properly negotiated for return, it, we will ship the item(s) back to the customer with COD (Collect on Delivery). The customer will be required to pay the return shipping charges before picking up the package.

 

Refunds on Returned Goods

You should expect to receive your refund within five to seven (5 - 7) business days after we have received the item in shipping.  However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period does not include the transit time for us to receive the item(s) from the shipping carrier.  This is the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes to process a refund for the order depending on the payment method.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Refund processing can take up to 10 business days depending on the bank or creditor.

Try contacting your bank or credit card company for information on your refund.  Have your order/refund information ready.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund within the estimated processing time, please contact us.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to return any item(s) for an exchange, we would be happy to assist.

ANY ITEM PURCHASED can be returned for an exchange within the 30 day time period.

Warranty item(s) can be returned for an exchange within the warranty time period.

In the event there is a price difference in the exchange and:

  1. The price of the exchanged item is lower than the purchased item, we will promptly refund the difference in price to the payment method.
  2. The price of the exchanged item is more than the purchased item, we will bill the customer for the difference. The balance is required to be paid in full prior to us shipping the exchanged item to the customer.

Order of Exchange

When returning an item for exchange, the item being returned MUST first be received and confirmed with us PRIOR to us shipping out the replacement.

Exchange Hint: To speed the process of making an exchange, elect to return the item for a refund, and then purchase the replacement item separately.  This allows us to ship the replacement without waiting for the returned item to arrive.

 

Market Place Returns

Any item(s) purchased at one of our marketplace stores such as eBay or Amazon, must be returned through that marketplaces returns processing method, respectively.

We WILL NOT accept returns from any outside marketplace through our website.

 

Returning Your Order

If you need to return an item/order, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order, and issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number.

Customer Responsibilities

If a return does not qualify for our FREE Returns Service, the customer is responsible for safely and securely returning the order to Gamers Repair.

The item(s) to be returned must be packaged with sufficient packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physical damage during return transportation.

The customer is responsible for any loss and/or damages in returning the item(s). Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to lack of customer responsibility may result in the return being rejected.

Item(s) being returned for reasons other than "defective", "D.O.A.", or "Inaccurate" DO NOT qualify for our FREE Returns Service.
