Gamers Repair offers a variety of shipping methods for any requirement. We offer FREE Standard Shipping on the majority of our products. If you require your purchase to arrive faster, we offer a variety of Expedited Services to help meet your needs. We also offer FREE local pick up for any of our local Gamers.

Streamlined Order Processing

We promptly process orders on a daily basis Monday - Friday.  ALL orders placed before 1:00 p.m. during this time qualify for Same-Day-Shipping.  All other orders will be promptly processed the next business day.

Standard Shipping

2 - 5 Days

Our Standard Shipping if FREE for the majority of our products. With our Standard Shipping service, your order arrives at your door within 2 - 5 business days depending on the shipping address.





Expedited Shipping

1 - 3 Days

We offer a variety of Shipping Upgrades for a fee. With one of our Expedited Shipping options, your order arrives at your door within 1 - 3 business days depending on the shipping address.

Returns Or Exchanges

30 Day Returns

We accept returns (for any reason) up to thirty (30) days of the date the item is shipped. Please be aware we do require the item(s) being returned to be in "resalable condition." Please see our Returns Policy for more information.

Warranty, D.O.A., & Incorrect Returns 

We guarantee our products for a full 180-days.  We offer FREE returns & exchanges for any defective, Dead on Arrival, or inaccurate item(s). For full details on our warranty processing, please see our Return Policy.

We will NOT accept any returns with the following conditions:

  • Any missing components such as matching or "married" components, or components which are required for the item to work properly.
  • Item(s) are damaged or NOT in "resalable condition. (warranted items DO NOT apply)."
  • Item(s) are missing warranty stickers and/or Gamers Repair labeling.
  • ANY item(s) not originally purchased from Gamers Repair.

We will try and reach out to gather more information on why any item(s) were returned in such condition.  If a return cannot be properly negotiated, we will return the item(s) back to the customer COD.

Shipping FAQs

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

It is frustrating for both our customer and us when a package does not arrive in the time estimated.  However, some things are out of our control.

There could be a number of reasons why your package has not arrived yet, and we would be happy to help in any way we can.

We recommend contacting us for help, and we can deal directly with our carrier(s).

For international orders, we may not be able to do anything, and we recommend contacting your local carrier handling the package. You will need to provide them with the tracking number of the order.

Is delivery available on weekends and Holidays?

Our carriers process packages Monday - Friday.

USPS does deliver on Saturdays and some Sundays in certain areas.

Our carriers do not deliver on public holidays.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes!   We ship all over the world!

We do occasionally run into "restrictions" on deliveries in certain countries.  Please check with your local customs office for more information on restricted packages from the United States.

Is next-day delivery available on all items?

YES!  We can virtually ship any package via an over-night delivery method.  Extra charges do apply.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

On occasion we do require a customer signature for delivery.  However, we will alert you to this requirement if it arises.

What if my order tracking says it is "arriving late?"

Unfortunately, this happens sometimes when the carrier has trouble processing your package.

We recommend waiting for about three (3) business days to see if the package arrives. If the tracking still displays "arriving late," please contact us.
