Your access to and use of gamersrepair.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to ALL visitors, users, and others who access or use gamersrepair.com and the services there within.

General Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully BEFORE using gamersrepair.com (the "Service", "website") operated by GamersRepair™ ("us", "we", "our", or "GRS").

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. Additionally, you consent that you have viewed and understand our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and any of our other Store Policies. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Orders & Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchasing including, without limitation, your full name, company name, address, phone number, email address, and payment information such as credit card information. For more information on how we collect, use, and manage your Personal Identifiable Information, please see our Privacy Policy.  

An order is not binding upon GamersRepair™ until it is accepted; GamersRepair™ must receive payment in full before accepting an order.

Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment. Customer can make payment by any of the payment methods offered by GamersRepair™. You agree to pay the amount(s) due as specified on the invoice.  Payment is due immediately.

GamersRepair™ does not accept invoiced orders or orders charged to accounts on 30 day notes.  Additionally, if payment is not completed for an order within 24 hours of the order being created, GamersRepair™ reserves the right to cancel or remove the order without notice to the customer.

Shipping Charges

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on a wide variety of our products and services.  We also offer expedited shipping options available at the time of checkout.

Real-time shipping quotes are available to view inside your cart once you have a product added to the cart.

The cost of any shipping upgrades selected will be added to the total of the invoice at the time of checkout. 

Your total cost for purchase of any product will include the shipping and handling charges shown on your GamersRepair™ invoice.  However, ANY original shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of a returned product.  Those fees are paid for the services provided by and to the original carrier, and will not be refunded to you if your item is returned to GamersRepair™ for a refund.

Warranties & Guarantees

We stand behind our products & services and take pride in our operations.  Any product(s) on your GamersRepair™ invoice is covered under that product’s delegated warranty and associated return policy, respectively.  For more information about Warranties related to our repair services, see below.

Repair Services

If you purchase a repair service from us, the original price paid only includes parts & labor for the initial issue you are claiming.  If (after the initial repair is completed) your item requires additional repairs, you will be responsible for paying any extra charges (parts & labor) for such repairs which are agreed upon by you and GamersRepair™. 

We will provide a quote to you for any additional repairs before any are performed.  If you agree to the charges, you will be required to pay the full amount due BEFORE we will return your item to you.  If you decide not to have any additional repairs performed, we will return your item to you AS-IS with ONLY the initial repair completed and warranted.

In some repair cases, we may offer to purchase your item from you as an option. For more information on selling us your item, please see below.

Repair Warranty

We take pride in the work we do, and we stand behind our service to you.

ALL repairs include our industry-leading warranty of a full one hundred and eighty (180) days starting from five (5) business days from the date the repair package is shipped back to you (the customer).

Our warranty covers any parts used in the repair, labor to perform the repair correctly, and return shipping charges that apply.  If a warranted repair defects within the warranty time period, all parts, labor, and shipping charges to return your item back to us are covered. 

In the event that your item needs warranted repair, we will repair your item again (if possible).  However, the warranty period DOES NOT reset, but continues from the original warranty date. In the event we are unable to repair your item for warranty, we will either replace it OR refund your repair payment based off of a pro-rated scale.

Warranty ONLY covers the repair or repairs which were performed.  It DOES NOT cover other components or functionality of the item which were not repaired, OR the item itself as a whole.

You must notify us of any defect in a repair via email, text message, our contact us form, or some other form of written communication. It is required that we receive notification of any such claim during the warranty period in order to be eligible for a warranted repair. All other claims will be rejected as they will be outside the scope of the warranty time period.

With all this said, our main goal rises above all things--To Get You Back to Gaming™.  We strive to offer a fair and honest service. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will try our hardest to come to a fair conclusion to ANY negative situation.

Repair Completion Time

Although our main goal is to repair your console back to 100% working status in as little time as possible, there are several variables which can affect the time it takes to complete your repair. 

The repair completion time starts at the moment we confirm the arrival of your item OR check your item in (not when it is delivered by the carrier), and could take several days depending on variables such as repair load, parts availability, and staff.  If we have a large number of repairs to complete, repair completion time may take longer depending on when the item for repair is checked it.

We process repairs (as fast as possible) in the order received.

Selling to Gamers Repair

If you have an item such as a video game console or other gaming system you would like to sell to GamersRepair™, you are welcome to contact us by any contact methods offered on our website. 

We make payment to you for any agreed upon sale via Paypal or Venmo (your choice). We pay half at the time of agreement, and half once we have received the item and confirmed the agreement terms.

We will require the following items in order to offer you a fair price for your item:

  1. Several good-quality photos of the item (to asses its cosmetic condition).
  2. A brief description of any defects or problems the item may have.
  3. Any accessories or items you would like to include in the sale.

Upon request, we can offer you a fair price for your item.  If you agree to the sale, you will be responsible for carefully packaging the sale item(s) so they are not damaged in the transit process.

Any shipping charges are your responsibility unless other arrangements have been made with us.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by GamersRepair™.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites, web content, or services. You further acknowledge and agree that GamersRepair™ shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites, web content, or services.

Changes & Updates

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
