I randomly contacted Gamerās Repair one night, and the customer service was excellent, and they did everything possible to get me back to gaming with a new console. I honestly feel like Gamerās Repair (Jarrett) genuinely wanted to help me fix my issue. At the same time, they provided excellent service and answered all my questions. I recommend this over ANY video game repair shop in the country.

I was a little wary ordering from a small company through their website, but I was happy to find out they offer a lot of their products through eBay as well. Got a great deal on an OEM Xbox power adaptor. Now that I know they're legit, I would have no problem ordering directly from their site in the future.
