We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Below you'll find a set of the most popular questions we get asked about shipping cutoffs, tracking your package, and free shipping options.
When will my order ship?
Thank you for your patience!
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time) (Mon - Fri): Ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST (or on weekends): Ship the next business day.
Do you offer FREE shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $30 (calculated before taxes).
How long will it take to get my package?
Delivery times depend on the method you choose at checkout:
- Standard: 3 – 5 business days.
- Expedited: 2 – 4 business days.
- Overnight: 1 – 2 business days.
If I order Overnight on Friday, will I get it Saturday?
Very unlikely. Overnight orders placed on Friday (before 1:00 PM CST) will most likely be delivered on the following Monday. Shipping carriers generally do not include weekends in their standard overnight service. However, there are cases where deliveries are made on Saturday depending on where you are located.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note:
- Transit Times: Vary by destination and carrier.
- Duties & Taxes: You (the buyer) are responsible for any import duties or taxes. Packages may be held at customs until these are paid.
- No Shipping Option? If your country isn't listed at checkout, Contact Us for a custom quote.
Can I get a refund on shipping costs?
Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been processed and shipped out.
How do I track my order?
There are two easy ways to keep an eye on your package:
- Email: As soon as your order ships, we will email you a confirmation with a tracking link.
- Account: You can also log in to your account on our website at any time to view your order history and live tracking status.
Please note: It can take up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information after the package has been scanned.
My order is late. What should I do?
We understand how frustrating it is when a package doesn’t arrive on time. While we do our best to ensure fast delivery, once a package leaves our facility, certain factors (like carrier delays or weather) are beyond our control.
- For Domestic Orders: Please [Contact Us]! We are happy to reach out to the carrier on your behalf to investigate the delay and help resolve the issue.
- For International Orders: We recommend contacting your local postal service or the carrier handling the final delivery. Since they are managing the package within your country, they will have the most up-to-date information. You will need to provide them with your tracking number for assistance.
Is delivery available on weekends and/or Holidays?
Our carriers process packages Monday - Friday.
USPS does deliver on Saturdays and some Sundays in certain areas.
Our carriers do not deliver on public holidays.
Is next-day delivery available on all items?
Almost every item we carry can be shipped via overnight delivery for an additional charge.
If an item is eligible for next-day delivery, overnight shipping options will appear as an upgrade during the checkout process.
To ensure your package ships same-day for next-day arrival, please place your order by 1:00 PM CST, Monday through Thursday. Please keep in mind that overnight orders placed on Friday will arrive the following Monday, as carriers do not typically deliver on weekends.
Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?
On occasion we do require a customer signature for delivery. However, we will alert you to this requirement if it arises.
