Here's a quick summary of our Delivery & Returns Policies.

  • Standard Delivery in 3 - 5 business days on tons of products -- FREE shipping for larger orders!
  • Expedited and Overnight shipping options are available as upgrades during checkout!
  • International Shipping - We ship worldwide!
  • FREE Returns on defective, DOA, and inaccurate deliveries.
  • Return ANY item for ANY reason within the first 30 days for a full refund*!
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been processed and shipped.

 

Delivery Options

Gamers Repair offers a variety of shipping methods for any requirement. Our main warehouse is centrally located in the U.S., so the majority of orders are delivered within 3 - 5 business days. If you require your purchase to arrive faster, we offer a variety of Expedited Services to help meet your needs. We also offer FREE local pick up for any of our local Gamers.


Streamlined Order Processing

We promptly process orders at 1 PM CST Monday - Friday.  ALL orders placed before the 1 PM (CST) cutoff time qualify for Same-Day Shipping.  All other orders will be processed the next business day.

 

Returns or Exchanges

30 Day Returns, for ANY reason
We accept returns (for any reason) up to thirty (30) days from the delivery date. Please be aware that we do require the item(s) being returned to be in "resalable condition." Please see our Returns Policy for more information.

Warranty, D.O.A, & Incorrect Deliveries
We offer FREE returns & exchanges for any defective, Dead on Arrival (DOA), or inaccurate/incorrect item(s). For full details on our warranty processing, please see our Returns Policy.

We will NOT accept any returns with the following conditions:

  • Any missing components, such as matching or "married" components, or components that are required for the item to work properly.
  • Item(s) are damaged or NOT in "resalable condition" (warranted items DO NOT apply).
  • Item(s) that are missing warranty stickers and/or Gamers Repair labeling.
  • ANY item(s) not originally purchased from Gamers Repair.

If your return is rejected, we will try to reach out and gather more information on why any item(s) were returned in such condition. If a return cannot be properly negotiated, we will return the item(s) to the customer.
