We welcome the opportunity to purchase used consoles and gaming systems. To ensure a fair transaction, we require detailed photos, a list of included accessories, and a disclosure of any defects before making an offer.

Payment Terms We operate on a two-step payment model via PayPal or Venmo:

  1. Upfront Payment: We remit 50% of the agreed price immediately upon reaching an agreement.  Please note PayPal or Venmo may deduct a small fee for the upfront transaction.

  2. Final Completion: The remaining 50% is paid once the item arrives at our facility and we confirm it matches the description provided.

Shipping & Packaging You are responsible for shipping costs and ensuring the item is packaged securely. Improper packaging that results in damage may affect the final payout.

  • Need a Label? You may choose to use our discounted commercial shipping accounts. If selected, the cost of the shipping label will be deducted from the total sale agreement.

Device Buyback & Trade-In Policy

1. Submission & Valuation To initiate a sale or trade-in (e.g., consoles or gaming systems), Customers must contact us via the official channels listed on our website. To receive a binding offer, the Customer must provide:

  • Clear, high-quality photographs demonstrating the cosmetic condition of the item.

  • A comprehensive description of any functional defects, damage, or known issues.

  • A complete list of all accessories (cables, controllers, etc.) included in the bundle.

2. Shipping & Liability The Customer is solely responsible for safely packaging the item to prevent damage during transit. The Customer bears the cost of shipping unless alternative arrangements are explicitly agreed upon in writing.

  • Label Assistance: Optionally, Customers may purchase a pre-paid shipping label from us to utilize our commercial shipping rates. The cost of this label will be factored into the final sale agreement (deducted from the final payout).

  • Transit Damage: We are not liable for items damaged during transit due to insufficient packaging.

3. Payment Structure: Payments are issued via PayPal or Venmo. Our standard payment schedule is as follows:

  • Initial Deposit: 50% of the agreed-upon price is paid upon acceptance of the agreement.

  • Final Balance: The remaining 50% is released only after the item has been received at our facility and has successfully passed our verification inspection.

4. Verification & Adjustments: All offers are contingent upon the item matching the description and photos provided. If the received item differs significantly in condition, functionality, or included accessories, we reserve the right to adjust the offer price.

5. Important Disclosures:

  • In the event that an item is not received within [14] days of the Initial Deposit, or if the item received is fraudulent, the Customer agrees to refund the Initial Deposit in full immediately OR we will open a full transaction dispute.
  • The Initial Deposit of 50% will be processed as commercial transactions ('Goods & Services') to ensure transaction security for both parties. As a result, PayPal or Venmo may automatically deduct a standard transaction fee from the funds received. The agreed-upon offer price represents the gross amount sent; any third-party processor fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
