FAQs
Do I need to send cables or controllers?
No. We have every cable needed to fully test your console.
How long does the entire process take?
Typically, the repair process takes 6 - 8 business days from start to finish. This depends on transit times, and repair loads.
What if you find multiple problems?
Should our inspection reveal additional issues, we will provide an updated, comprehensive quote. Our goal is to ensure you understand exactly what is needed to return your console to peak, fully functional condition.
What if you can't fix my console?
Technically, every console is fixable, but not always feasible. If your console is deemed "unrepairable", we charge only a small diagnostic fee ($25) and refund the rest of your original payment.
Do you buy defective consoles?
Yes! We aim to provide you with the best options possible. Along with your repair quote, we frequently include a buy-out offer for your system, giving you the flexibility to choose the path that works best for you.
Where are you located/Where do I ship my console?
Please ship your console to our repair facility at the address provided below. To ensure a smooth process, remember to reference your order number on the outside of the box and include a printed copy of your order confirmation inside the package.

How much is the diagnosis fee?
We charge a modest $25 diagnostic fee only if you choose not to proceed with the repair after receiving our quote. If you decide to move forward with the fix, this fee is waived.
To make things easier for you, we often apply the diagnostic fee toward the balance we pay you if we purchase your console for parts.
