First start a repair by purchasing our repair service. We have simplified the guess work when it comes to repair. Now, any repair starts with a diagnosis and a quote. Your initial payment is applied to the final repair balance once it is completed. (More Below)
Ship Your Repair
Now that you have a repair order in place, you can ship your repair to us. We offer bundles for this step with our commercial pricing. You can select to have a pre-paid label emailed to you, or have us ship a repair package with includes everything you need!
Diagnosis & Quote
Once we have received your repair, we will diagnose the problem and provide you with a detailed quote. Optionally, you can request a preliminary quote prior to starting your repair so you have an idea of what the repair will cost before you ship it in.
Get Back to Gaming!
Once you approve the repair quote, we can repair your system and ship it back to you. Your repair is backed by our industry-leading 180-day warranty! If you have trouble during the warranty period, we will cover the cost of returning your system for warranty work!

How long will it take to repair my Series S?
On average, repair takes around 1 - 2 weeks from the time it arrives to the time we ship it back out. However, repair turnaround time varies depending upon certain variables such as repair load, parts available, and staff.
How much will it cost to repair my Series S?
We know you work hard for your money. For that reason we strive to keep repair costs in a range that is considered "feasible" to the majority of our customers.
Generally, repairs to the Xbox SERIES S console range between $130 and $185. The highest repair cost would be if your console required a motherboard replacement which runs around $175.
The good news is we will provide you with a detailed quote before we proceed with any repairs. You must then approve the repair before moving forward.
How does the repair process work?
- First we will test and diagnose your Series S. We will provide you with a detailed quote to repair your console.
- Once you approve the quote, we can move forward with the repair. No payment is due until we have completed your repair, and have it ready to ship back to you.
- Once repair is completed and we have confirmed payment for the repair balance, we can safely ship your system back to you.
What if I don't approve my repair quote?
Sometimes it doesn't seem logical to put money into a dying system--we get it. When this happens, we consider the initial payment (made when you first start/purchase the repair service) as collateral toward our estimate/bench fee.
This charge covers time spent diagnosing your console, supplies, and other miscellaneous costs required for processing your repair.
Why do you charge to start a repair?
In our past 15 years of service, we have discovered that without an "initial charge" for repair, we end up with a lot of open-ended repair orders that never follow through. By charging a small fee, we can reduce those purchases which are not "serious buyers" or are just trying to cause problems.
No worries though, once you approve your repair, we will apply the initial payment toward the final balance!
