First start a repair by purchasing our repair service. We have simplified the guess work when it comes to repair. Now, any repair starts with a diagnosis and a quote. Your initial payment is applied to the final repair balance once it is completed. (More Below)
Ship Your Repair
Now that you have a repair order in place, you can ship your repair to us. We offer bundles for this step with our commercial pricing. You can select to have a pre-paid label emailed to you, or have us ship a repair package with includes everything you need!
Diagnosis & Quote
Once we have received your repair, we will diagnose the problem and provide you with a detailed quote. Optionally, you can request a preliminary quote prior to starting your repair so you have an idea of what the repair will cost before you ship it in.
Get Back to Gaming!
Once you approve the repair quote, we can repair your system and ship it back to you. Your repair is backed by our industry-leading 180-day warranty! If you have trouble during the warranty period, we will cover the cost of returning your system for warranty work!

Xbox ONE X Repair FAQs
On average, repair takes around 1 - 2 weeks from the time it arrives to the time we ship it back out. However, repair turnaround time varies depending upon certain variables such as repair load, parts available, and staff.
We know you work hard for your money. For that reason we strive to keep repair costs in a range that is considered "feasible" to the majority of our customers.
Generally, repairs to the Xbox ONE X console cost less than $100. The highest repair cost would be if your console required a motherboard replacement which runs around $110 (currently).
The good news is we will provide you with a detailed quote before we proceed with any repairs. You must then approve the repair before moving forward.
- First we will test and diagnose your console. We will provide you with a detailed quote to repair your console.
- Once you approve the quote, we can move forward with the repair. No payment is due until we have completed your repair, and have it ready to ship back to you.
- Once repair is completed and we have confirmed payment for the repair balance, we can safely ship your system back to you.
Sometimes it doesn't seem logical to put money into a dying system--we get it. When this happens, we consider the initial payment (made when you first start/purchase the repair service) as collateral toward our estimate/bench fee.
This charge covers time spent diagnosing your console, supplies, and other miscellaneous costs required for processing your repair.
In our past 15 years of service, we have discovered that without an "initial charge" for repair, we end up with a lot of open-ended repair orders that never follow through. By charging a small fee, we can reduce those purchases which are not "serious buyers" or are just trying to cause problems.
No worries though, once you approve your repair, we will apply the initial payment toward the final balance!

I contacted GRS to have my XBox One X repaired. GRS shipped me the packaging, and quickly started repairs as soon as they received it. They kept me updated throughout the process. They fixed the apparent issue, and shipped the unit back to me. This is my secondary XBox, so I didn’t use it much after receiving it back. A few weeks later, it was still having issues, and I contacted GRS. They agreed to take it back and continue working on it at no additional charge. I had a great experience with Gamers Repair for my XBOX One X. My symptoms & boot error codes indicated a hard drive replacement was needed. I recommend choosing their “repair package” service (they send box with packing + paid shipping label to you). It’s definitely worth the extra $. Turnaround time for the repair was about a week. I got my console back and I was finally able to power up again, no more black screen of death! I am deducting one star (one half really, but it is not possible to give 4.5), as I had to reach out to the company, after hearing nothing for almost three weeks. However, I do understand the delay and circumstances that Covid-19 has created around logistics. I had actually been told by another repair shop that the Xbox one x was beyond repair after lightning damage, so I just gave up and brought out the Xbox one to play. After the current Xbox I was counting on buying sold out and is now unavailable I decided to get the one x fixed and happed to find gamers repair. I sent an email to ask if they would even take a look at it and I was told they had done repairs like this before.
