Step 1: Add Part(s) & Service to Cart
Add the specific console part you want to buy to your cart. Then, add this Expert Installation Service product to your cart as well.
- Note: We will not ship the part to you. We will pull it from our inventory and hold it at our repair bench, waiting for your console to arrive.

Step 2: Checkout & Ship Your Console
Complete your purchase. You will receive an email confirmation with your Order Number and our mailing address.
- Package your console securely (bubble wrap is your friend!).
- Include a note inside with your name and Order Number, or a copy of your order details.
- Ship the console to us using your preferred carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx).

Step 3: We Perform the Surgery
Once your console arrives, it enters our queue. Our technicians will professionally install the part you purchased. We test the installation to ensure full functionality.

Step 4: We Ship it Back
As soon as the work is done and tested, we package your console safely and ship it back to the address you provided at checkout. You’ll get a tracking number the moment it leaves our shop.

FAQs
Can I send in a part I bought somewhere else?
This service is exclusively for installing parts purchased directly from our store to ensure compatibility and quality.
What if the installation fails?
In the rare event that we damage a component during installation, we will replace it at no cost to you. Your console is safe with us.
How do I pack my console?
We recommend the use of a sturdy box with at least 2 inches of padding (bubble wrap or foam padding) on all sides. Avoid using bubble mailer envelopes or similar packaging for a console—it will not protect it!
NOTE: If you use packaging peanuts, please contain the console inside a seal wrap of some type to keep the peanuts from entering ports and other important openings on the console. Avoid using plastic wrap and other materials that cause static electricity as this could cause harm to the internal components.
